Our 143-acre farm has been organically farmed for over 20 years, and the combination of excellent geological soil conditions and regenerative farming practices have blessed vTerra Farms with some of the most fertile agricultural land in New England.
We carefully consider the impacts of all of our actions and are proud to run a vertically integrated business: from cultivation, harvest, and processing, to formulation, bottling and quality control, we own every step of the production process, ensuring that each batch of vTerra lives up to our rigorous quality standards.
ECOLOGICALLY FARMED
We grow 100% of our hemp in rich Vermont soil that has been organic for over twenty years, with seeds sourced from world-renowned, USDA-compliant, organic hemp genetics. Our sustainable farming techniques support soil biodiversity for maximum crop health and potency, and our hand-harvested flowers are lab-tested and certified to be free of pesticides, heavy metals and contaminants.
NATURALLY PROCESSED
Our hemp is cryo-extracted with organic, food-grade alcohol, and triple distilled in small batches to yield refined, ultra-pure and full spectrum CBD concentrate. We never use hazardous, petroleum-based solvents such as hexane, pentane, butane, or propane.
NANO-ENCAPSULATED
We employ industry-leading techniques like ultrasonic cavitation and plant-based emulsification to create nano-encapsulated, water-soluble CBD molecules that are small enough to absorb directly into the bloodstream—making vTerra significantly faster and more potent than conventional oil-based CBD extracts.
